I want to give a huge shoutout to Ala & Sons Heating and Cooling! We have a very old house with systems that were 15+ years old. We wanted to make sure we worked with an HVAC company that really listened to our needs and was capable of helping us work through our "old house problems". I can say with confidence that Shawn and Colin were the most communicative, knowledgeable, and thoughtful HVAC techs that we talked/worked with. From day one they were happy to offer options of how to best replace our furnace and condenser, ensure that our AC would be effective with less maintenance for us, and promptly put the work into action. Colin and Shawn are top notch. They installed a new natural gas boiler for me in Boston. Their work was clean, thorough, and they took the time to answer all of my questions. Their prices were very competitive with other numbers that I got for the project, but their communication put them miles ahead of their competition. They are an excellent father / son team and I will be using them more in the future.
